Grose Construction

Grose Construction is a tribally-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) company and a small disadvantaged business. Our 8(a) status provides us with a competitive advantage on a number of federal government contracts, which enables us to serve as a successful prime and subcontractor for federal projects. Our seasoned construction management staff brings more than 60 years’ combined experience in federal contracting, and directly oversees performance on all MEL construction contracts. Our construction expertise spans design/build, bid/build, large-scale renovations, value renovations, construction management, JOC contracting, ARRA contracting, and scope development and implementation. Partnerships with external construction firms have expanded our competencies to include specialty roofing, dredging, environmental remediation, and flood risk reduction.

In addition to our own work, we actively pursue teaming relationships – e.g., joint-ventures, mentor-protégé – with qualified partners. By teaming with Grose Construction, our partners can benefit from many of our competitive advantages on federal contracts.
