Grose Construction, LLC (Grose) is a tribally-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) company and a small disadvantaged business. Our 8(a) status provides us with a competitive advantage on a number of federal government contracts, which enables us to serve as a successful prime and subcontractor for federal projects. We belong to the award-winning Midi Enterprises (MEL) family of companies, all of which are wholly owned and operated by the Three Affiliated Tribes
Grose Construction has been performing construction services and projects at the Aberdeen Proving Ground since 1998. Our seasoned management team brings more than 90 years of combined experience in federal contracting and directly oversees performance on all MEL construction contracts.
Our construction expertise spans design/build, bid/build, large-scale renovations, SCIF, value renovations, construction management, JOC contracting, ARRA contracting, and scope development and implementation. Partnerships with external construction firms have expanded our competencies to include specialty roofing, dredging, environmental remediation, and flood risk reduction.
In addition to our own work, we actively pursue teaming relationships with qualified partners. By teaming with Grose, our partners can benefit from many of our competitive advantages on federal contracts.
